Peach iced tea

Delicious peach iced tea served in glass with ice, decorated with peach pieces and sprigs of mint.

Ingredients:

  • Green tea (preferably peach-flavoured)
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2l / 70 fl.oz / 8,5 cup hot water
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Ice
  • Peach
  • Mint

 

Recipe steps:

  1. Pour sachets of tea with boiling water and leave for 8-10 minutes, then pull out the sachets.
  2. Sweeten the tea and put cold tea in the fridge to cool thoroughly (ideally overnight).
  3. Put ice cubes in glasses, add sliced peach pieces and top with tea.
  4. A glass of tea is still decorated with sprigs of mint and served.


Tip:

If we don't have fresh peaches, we can also use canned ones and finish the tea with a few teaspoons of brine.
